Developmental assessment is an integral component of Well Child visits to provide the best care. Ages and Stages Questionnaires (ASQ) are the most reliable way to screen young children for developmental delays in the first 5 1/2 years of life. 

Families are key to a child's early development and learning. As a parent-completed tool, ASQ encourages open conversations about a child's development. Let's celebrate their skills and strengths, monitor development, and identify and address any possible delays.
